With The Online NP, you begin by completing a secure online medical evaluation. You'll provide information about your health history, current medication, dosage, reason for taking it, and other information needed to evaluate your refill request.

A licensed nurse practitioner reviews your information to determine whether a refill is medically appropriate. Depending on the medication, your medical history, and your symptoms, additional information or a phone or video consultation may be needed before a prescription can be issued.

What Medications Can Be Refilled Online?

Many common non-controlled prescription medications may be considered for refill through telehealth. Examples may include certain medications for blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid conditions, allergies, acid reflux, and other stable conditions.
