Yes. When medically appropriate, prescriptions can be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy. Certain medications—including controlled substances and medications requiring ongoing monitoring—cannot be prescribed through this service.

At this time, we do not bill insurance. Visits are offered at a transparent flat rate of $49, so you'll always know your cost upfront.

If your symptoms require an in-person evaluation, diagnostic testing, or emergency care, you'll be advised of the most appropriate next steps. This may include referral to your primary care provider, a local urgent care clinic, or the emergency department, depending on your condition.
