Virtual urgent care may be appropriate for many common health concerns, including urinary tract infections (UTIs), sinus infections, sore throat, pink eye, allergies, rashes, cold and flu symptoms, and other minor illnesses. Some symptoms or conditions may require an in-person evaluation or additional testing.

Many eligible non-controlled maintenance medications may be considered for refill through an online evaluation. You’ll provide information about your medication, current dose, medical history, and pharmacy. Some refill requests may require additional information or a phone or video visit. Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate.

The Medical Weight Management program begins with a comprehensive health assessment and initial evaluation. If treatment is appropriate, an individualized plan is developed based on your health history, goals, and treatment needs. Your membership includes ongoing medical oversight, follow-up care, progress monitoring, and treatment adjustments when medically appropriate. Medication costs are separate.

No. Completing an online health assessment or paying for a service does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Treatment decisions are based on your medical history, symptoms, current medications, and the provider’s clinical judgment. If your condition cannot be safely managed through telehealth, you may be referred for additional testing or in-person care.

The Online NP provides telehealth care in multiple states. Because telehealth eligibility is based on where you are physically located at the time of your visit, please view our current list of states where services are available.

When a prescription is medically appropriate, it can be sent electronically to the pharmacy you select. Please provide accurate pharmacy information during your intake. Prescription availability and medication costs may vary by pharmacy and are separate from the cost of your visit or membership.
